Clients are like buses.... you can wait ages for your first one and then all of sudden they all come along.

It’s so exciting when your business starts to grow but it can also be overwhelming.

Here’s a few top tips on how to keep on top of everything:

✔️Don’t forget to keep marketing even if you are busy. Clients come and go for various reasons replacing them is harder if you haven’t been consistent with your marketing

✔️Make time to attend training and networking events that will help you grow and develop.

✔️Keep your accounts up to date nothing worse than a surprise tax bill. It’s easy to get behind on your own admin when you are focusing on everyone else’s.

✔️Think about using associates rather than turning away work. My team is the best thing I ever did in my business.

✔️Make time for ‘you time’ it’s easy to get consumed in work if you don’t have balance you can easily end up burned out
